Duties may include some of the following:
- Customer liaison
- Import and export documentation arrangement
- Vessel pre-loading and discharging arrangement
- Customs clearance and inland haulage arrangements
- Processing invoices and payment
- Key accounts management
- Making customer bookings
- Shipping documentation
Qualities we are looking for
- Good communicator
- Reliable and strong organisational skills

- Friendly and self-motivated

- Interest in Shipping
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year’s administration experience
- Computer literate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Interest in the shipping company
- Must have legal rights to work within Ireland, without sponsorship
- Must be able/willing to commute to office(D02 R820) daily
