Full job description

Leisure Horse Ireland is seeking a reliable, organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the day‑to‑day running of our busy office. This is a key role within a small, professional team and would suit someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and working in a structured but friendly environment.

The Office Administrator will provide administrative and clerical support across the organisation, ensuring that office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Previous experience in an office administration role is essential
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Reliable, discreet and trustworthy

Key Responsibilities

General office administration and day‑to‑day office support
Answering phones, managing emails and correspondence
Data entry, record keeping and database management
Filing, document control and preparation of reports
Liaising with clients, stakeholders and external bodies
Supporting compliance, registrations and documentation
Assisting management with ad‑hoc administrative tasks

Desirable (but not essential)

Experience working in a regulated or compliance‑based environment
Familiarity with databases or record systems
An interest in or understanding of the equine sector
