Join Coding Ireland as a Telesales Representative and play a key role in promoting our innovative learning platform to schools and libraries. What You’ll Do:

Reach out to schools and libraries to pitch our learning platform and curriculum.
Follow up on leads to secure bookings or platform subscriptions.
Build lasting client relationships to drive repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.
Share customer feedback to enhance our offerings and sales approach.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Confidence in making outbound calls and addressing objections.
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
Strong organizational skills for tracking leads and follow-ups.
Passion for education and technology.
Previous sales or customer service experience required.
