Responsibilities

Warmly greeting visitors and residents, guiding them to their desired destinations with a helpful and welcoming attitude.
Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent customer service.
Taking bookings and organising viewings for potential residents.
Responding to emails in a professional manner.
Record all enquiries on EpicCare System.
Managing important administrative tasks, updating policies and procedures, data entry, filing, and other ad hoc duties.
Support the administrator with day-to-day duties.
Update the Fire evacuation list and list of residents.
Book taxis and assistants for Resident’s hospital visits.
Maintaining a clean and organised reception area, creating a positive first impression for all who enter.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly and professional demeanour, reflecting our commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask, enabling you to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a full time position, with the occasional weekends BH.
