As our fleet continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to support the day-to-day management of our vehicles, drivers, and fleet-related compliance requirements.
This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible working hours while playing an important role in ensuring our fleet remains compliant, efficient, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate fleet records for all company vehicles.
- Manage vehicle documentation including tax, insurance, CVRT, servicing and warranty records.
- Maintain fleet databases, trackers and reporting systems.
- Coordinate vehicle allocations and maintain fleet asset registers.
- Process and manage fuel cards, toll accounts and fleet-related invoices.
- Schedule and monitor vehicle servicing, repairs and inspections.
- Liaise with garages and fleet service providers regarding repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure company vehicles remain compliant with road traffic and health & safety requirements.
- Maintain driver licence records and verification checks.
- Assist employees with fleet-related queries.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Previous fleet, transport, logistics or operations administration experience is an advantage.
