Full-Time Personal Trainer / Coach – Empower Fitness (Oranmore)

Location: Oranmore, Galway
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in helping our members get stronger, feel confident, and build sustainable habits through the Empower Fitness coaching system.

Your role will include:

Delivering exceptional coaching in small-group personal training sessions (max 12:1 ratio).
Building genuine connections with clients and helping them stay accountable to their goals.
Supporting members through our coaching framework (Lifestyle, Exercise, Accountability, Nutrition).
Tracking progress and celebrating wins.
Being part of a positive, high-standard coaching team that leads by example.

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Hold a recognised Personal Training qualification (EQF Level 3/4 or equivalent).
Have strong communication and people skills - you care about clients, not just sets and reps.
Have previous experience coaching small groups or personal training clients (preferred).
Are reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to grow as a coach.
Are open to ongoing learning and feedback.
Want to build a long-term career in a supportive, professional coaching environment.
