The moment you walk into Energie Fitness Galway, things feel different. Our locally-owned gym in Galway’s Briarhill Business Park combines a warm, personal welcome with top-notch equipment. As we grow and expand, now is the perfect time to add to our already fantastic team of fitness professionals.

We’re on the lookout for passionate and motivated Full-Time & Part-Time team members to join our vibrant gym community. If you’re enthusiastic about fitness and helping others achieve their goals, this is the opportunity for you!

As a part of the Energie Fitness Galway team, you’ll be involved in:

Sales & Outreach: Engage with potential members and spread the word about our fantastic gym.
Group Inductions: Lead and guide new members through their gym experience.
Program Design: Create personalized fitness plans for members and group classes.
Gym Equipment Training: Show new members how to safely and effectively use our equipment.
Motivation: Inspire and support clients to achieve their fitness goals.
Facility Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the gym.

What we’re looking for:

Fitness Instructor Qualification (essential).
Ability to teach a variety of classes, including:
Circuits
Body Pump
Spin Classes
TRX
Kettlebells
Pilates
Flexible Availability: We're very flexible with our work shifts but you must be available to work some mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Desirable:

Personal Trainer Qualification
Positive, Friendly Attitude: A must for creating an encouraging and welcoming atmosphere for our members.
