Diligent is seeking a Senior HR Operations Analyst to own the administration, compliance, and ongoing development of our leave of absence program. This position will focus on HR compliance, operational excellence, and administrative support, ensuring that the organization adheres to all relevant labour laws, regulations, and internal policies. The Senior HR Operations Analyst will work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional partners to streamline processes, enhance HR systems, improve controls, and support key HR initiatives, focused on leave of absence administration.
