Join Our Team as a Pastry Chef!

Choice Hotel Group is on the hunt for a passionate and creative Pastry Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in Galway! If you're eager to craft show-stopping desserts and be part of an exciting culinary environment, this is your opportunity to shine!

What You'll Do:

Create delicious, high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts.

Mentor and inspire junior pastry staff.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of pastry experience in a professional kitchen (fine dining or hotels preferred).
A flair for pastry perfection and a keen eye for detail.
Thrive under pressure and work seamlessly with a team.
Eligible to work in Ireland.
