Description

Here in Xeinadin Galway City we are looking for an intern to join us from September to December for a work placement.

Our interns support the wider team by delivering high-quality routine tasks and assisting on client engagements. As an intern, you will work closely with colleagues across audit, tax, and accounts to ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and in line with Xeinadin’s vision and values.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support on a variety of accounting services, including audit fieldwork, tax return preparation, and management accounts.

Assist with data entry, reconciliations, documentation, and workpaper preparation to a consistently high standard.

Liaise with clients to gather information, resolve queries, and maintain clear, professional communication.

Contribute to the accuracy and completeness of files, ensuring compliance with internal methodologies and relevant regulations.

Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and support efficient workflow across engagements.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of firm procedures and participate in training to build technical skills.
