Full job description

Ocean Fitness is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Pilates Instructor to join our leisure and wellness team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality Pilates classes to hotel guests and leisure club members, promoting health, fitness, and overall wellbeing in a welcoming and professional environment.

Deliver safe, effective, and engaging Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying fitness levels
Demonstrate correct techniques, posture, and breathing to ensure participants exercise safely
Assess clients' fitness levels and tailor sessions to meet individual needs and goals
Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate beginners through to advanced participants
Maintain a positive, motivating, and inclusive class atmosphere in line with hotel standards
Ensure all studio equipment is clean, safe, and properly maintained before and after classes
Monitor participants during sessions to prevent injury and provide guidance where needed
Promote fitness and wellness services within the hotel and encourage guest participation
Keep accurate records of attendance and client progress where required
Adhere to all health & safety procedures and respond appropriately to emergencies
