Waiting Staff @ The Brasserie on the Corner

The Brasserie on the Corner is a multi-award-winning dining experience, regarded as one of Galway’s most popular restaurants. Specialising in steak and seafood dishes, it’s all about the taste. From farm to fork, market to plate, vineyard to glass, every taste tells a story. The suppliers are local, the menus are seasonal and the wine selection is world-class.

We are recruiting full-time Waiting Staff to join our team.

The Role

A real passion and appreciation for good quality food and the ability to recommend and advise our customers.
Boasting a professional and courteous attitude.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
A good communicator, exceptionally friendly and inclusive of all team members.
Excellent customer service skills and always aiming to exceed customer expectations.

The Candidate

A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Availability to work full-time hours (35-40 per week).
An individual who is charismatic, approachable, and professional with a can-do attitude.
A strong ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
Ability to identify and resolve any special customer requirements and needs.
