Hanna's Restaurant is looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

Section Management — taking ownership of your station and ensuring consistent quality
Food Preparation — preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to spec, and supporting service
Quality Control — maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and portioning
Hygiene & Compliance — following HACCP and ensuring a clean, safe work area
Team Collaboration — supporting colleagues and contributing to a smooth service

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
Passion for fresh, high‑quality food
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
