This fully funded training programme is designed for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about health, wellbeing and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What the programme includes:
- 14-week accredited Spa Therapy course
- Training delivered by a local College (2 days per week)
- Work as a Spa Attendant at Monart (2 days per week) while completing your training
- Full course fees fully funded
- Comprehensive in-house practical training and mentoring upon qualification
- A recognised professional qualification
- Opportunity to join our Spa Therapist team in a full-time position on successful completion of the programme

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about starting a career in the spa and beauty industry. The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a genuine interest in pursuing a career as a Spa Therapist within the beauty and wellness industry.
- Be motivated, enthusiastic and a confident team player.
- Be flexible and willing to adapt to the needs of the business.
- Be committed to completing classroom-based training, practical assessments and examinations to achieve a recognised qualification.
- Be available to work within the hotel and spa as a Spa Attendant while completing the training programme.
- Have their own transport and be able to travel for classroom-based training.
- Be committed to remaining in employment with Monart as a Spa Therapist for a minimum of two years following successful qualification.
- Have an excellent standard of spoken and written English.
- Hold a Leaving Certificate (or equivalent qualification).
- Provide two satisfactory references as part of the recruitment process.
