Great National Hotels & Resorts is currently recruiting for a Reservations Agent to join our Customer Contact Centre team based in Ennis.
This role focuses on supporting guests throughout their booking journey, from initial enquiry to a confirmed reservation. It's a busy and rewarding position suited to someone who enjoys working with people and delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from guests making booking enquiries

Assist with creating, updating, and managing reservations

Provide clear and accurate information on room types, rates, and hotel facilities

Process booking amendments, cancellations, and special requests

Manage email enquiries in a timely and professional manner

Record all guest interactions accurately within internal systems

Promote additional services and packages where appropriate

Work towards team targets and service standards
Requirements
-
Previous experience in a guest-facing, customer service or sales role is essential

Strong communication skills with a professional phone manner

Good attention to detail and ability to multitask

Comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office

Experience in hospitality or booking systems is an advantage

Knowledge of Irish geography is beneficial

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
