Pilates Instructor & Gym Coach (Paid Class Position + Build Your Own Business)
About the Opportunity:
Are you an ambitious, qualified Pilates instructor looking to launch or scale your own business within a thriving, high-energy environment?
We are an established, already very busy performance gym based in Enfield, Co. Meath. We are opening our doors to a proactive, self-employed hybrid coach. This is a unique paid position where you will be handed immediate, paid hours to coach scheduled gym classes, while simultaneously gaining full access to our busy facility to launch, run, and grow your own independent Pilates classes and client base.
Because you will be integrating into our established community and driving local growth, applicants must be living local to the Enfield area.
The Setup & Expectations:
Paid Class Instruction: You will be paid a competitive hourly rate (€30.00 - €45.00+ depending on experience) to coach and deliver high-standard gym instruction and Strength & Conditioning classes to our current members.
Drive & Produce Your Pilates Business: You will have the platform to market, run, and produce your own specialized Pilates classes out of our space. You will be expected to actively drive marketing, bring people through the door, and build your own thriving presence here.
Gym Growth & Social Media: Work alongside us to showcase the energy of the gym. You'll help create engaging social media content (reels, stories) to drive membership and get people excited about your Pilates launch.
Facility Pride & Presentation: As a professional on the floor, you will take true pride in the environment by ensuring the gym and studio spaces are always kept clean, tidy, organized, and welcoming for our members.
What We Are Looking For:
Qualifications: Dual-qualified with a Certification in Pilates (Mat and/or Reformer) AND a recognized Gym Instruction / Personal Training / S&C qualification.
The Right Mindset: You aren't just looking to clock in and out. You have an entrepreneurial drive, high standards of cleanliness, and are excited to hustle and build a busy Pilates business within an already successful gym.
Location: Locally based in or very close to Enfield, ready to become a familiar face to our members.
Traits: Exceptional communication skills, comfortable on camera for social media, and highly organized.
