Location: Field-based (Covering Laois, Offaly, and Kildare)

Salary: €32,000 base salary + excellent benefits package

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Start Date: Immediate

About Us

We are a dynamic and fast-growing company operating within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our retail and business partners. As we continue to expand our footprint across the Midlands and Leinster, we are looking for a driven, high-energy Field Sales Representative to join our team.

The Role

This is a 100% field-based role where you will be the face of our brand across Laois, Offaly, and Kildare. You will spend your days on the road, visiting existing retail customers to maximize sales while proactively hunting for new business opportunities. You will have full ownership of your territory, with occasional visits to the main office for team meetings and strategy updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with existing FMCG retail partners across your territory.
Actively identify and open new accounts to expand our brand presence.
Ensure excellent product visibility, merchandising, and stock levels at the store level.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and volume targets.
Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

What We Are Looking For:

The "Go-Getter" Attitude: Highly motivated, resilient, and hungry for success.
Communication Skills: A natural relationship-builder who can connect with independent retailers and store managers alike.
Experience: Experience in FMCG sales, retail, or field sales is desirable but not essential. We value attitude, drive, and work ethic above all else—full training will be provided!
Logistics: Must hold a full, clean driving license (essential for the company vehicle).
Location: Ideally based within the Laois/Offaly/Kildare region.
