Head of Sales – Showroom

Location: North Dublin (Santry / Swords Area)

Following continued investment and expansion, they are entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for a commercially driven sales leader to help drive the next stage of their journey.

What You Will Be Doing

Working within a flagship showroom environment, you will lead from the front, combining personal sales success with team leadership and overall commercial performance.

Key responsibilities include:

Driving revenue growth through exceptional customer engagement and sales execution.
Leading, coaching, and developing a small showroom sales team.
Delivering a premium, consultative customer experience from initial enquiry through to sale.
Building relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other referral partners.
Identifying new business opportunities and developing additional revenue streams.
Creating a positive, energetic, and high-performance sales culture.
Monitoring performance, celebrating success, and motivating the team to achieve ambitious goals.
Acting as a key ambassador for the business and its premium product offering.

What You Should Have

Proven experience in showroom, retail, or consultative sales.
A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching others.
Strong commercial awareness and a natural ability to close deals.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience within interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, furniture, fit-out, home improvement, or other premium customer-facing environments would be advantageous.
High levels of energy, ambition, and self-motivation.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys leading from the front, thrives in a performance-driven environment, and is excited by the opportunity to make a tangible impact within a growing business.
