Role: Full-Time or Part- Time Staff Nurse (Person Centred) - Ardee & Dundalk, Co. Louth

Reports to: The Person in Charge / Assistant Director of Care / Director of Care

Are you looking for a full-time or part-time Staff Nurse position that will develop you, challenge you and allow you to make a difference in the lives of others? If you are then we want to hear from you.

My Life is a leading provider of community based residential and respite services for adults with intellectual, physical and sensory disabilities in the Northeast Region. We have developed a culture based on the principles of home family and individuality. We are currently expanding our services throughout the region and now is a great time to join our first class team.

We are currently inviting applications for the position of Full Time and Part-Time Staff Nurse for our service in Ardee & Dundalk, Co. Louth. This is an excellent opportunity to join our family owned and run organisation at an exciting phase of growth. Candidates must be highly motivated, flexible and willing to embrace the culture of My Life. The successful candidate will be provided with support and training in line with the role.

Job Summary:

The role of the nurse is to encourage positive social interactions between staff and residents at all times. An ability to demonstrate a 'feelings matter most' approach to people adapting to changes in their lives is critical. We endeavour to see that all behaviour and communication by residents as meaningful.

Qualifications/Experience:

Nursing Qualification (Essential)
Registered with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (Essential)
Full Drivers Licence (Essential)
