About Us

Digital Screen Displays (DSD) is one of Ireland's leading suppliers of digital signage, LED displays, interactive touchscreens and professional display solutions. We design, supply, install and support display technology throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and organized Sales & Administration Coordinator to join our expanding team.

The Role

This is a varied role combining sales, customer service and administration responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, preparing quotations, supporting customers throughout the sales process and assisting with the day-to-day administration of the business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, is highly organized and wants to develop a career within a fast-growing technology company.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond to incoming sales enquiries.
Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities.
Generate new business through outbound calls and email campaigns.
Arrange customer showroom visits and product demonstrations.
Maintain customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
Assist with tender submissions and sales proposals.

Administration

Prepare quotations, invoices and customer documentation.
Process supplier and customer orders.
Assist with project administration and job tracking.
Answer incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries.
Support management with general office administration duties.

Essential Requirements

Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational and administration abilities.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Professional telephone manner.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Desirable Experience

Experience in sales, customer service or administration.
Experience preparing quotations and proposals.
Experience in a B2B environment.
Experience in sales.
