Full job description

The Nuremore Estate by McGettigan's is currently recruiting for a Full Time and Part-Time Accommodation Assistants to join our Housekeeping Department.

We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort throughout the estate.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Service all allocated guest bedrooms and bathrooms to Nuremore Estate standards.
Ensure all corridors, public areas, and front-of-house spaces are kept clean, tidy, and presented to the highest standard.
Maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness levels across all areas to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Replenish room amenities and linen as required.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor promptly.
Handle guests' requests and enquiries politely and professionally, ensuring outstanding customer service at all times.
Work in accordance with health, safety, and hygiene standards set by the hotel.
Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar housekeeping or accommodation role is essential.
Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work on one's own initiative as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
A positive, professional, and courteous attitude.
