Full job description

We’re looking for an organised, positive, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our busy team. This is a key front-of-house role where you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations—coordinating bookings, welcoming customers, and helping ensure everything runs efficiently. If you enjoy working with people, take pride in being organised, and like the idea of a varied and fast-paced role, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Service & Bookings
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—whether by phone, email, or in person. From answering queries to scheduling bookings, you’ll ensure every interaction is helpful and professional

Administrative Management
Keeping things organised is key. You’ll maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, manage filing systems, and support the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You’ll maintain and balance schedules to ensure appropriate workload distribution across Mechanics . Manage incoming and outgoing post and carry out ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Front Desk Operations
As the face of the business, you’ll greet customers warmly manage visitor flow, and maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area.

What We’re Looking For

A friendly, approachable manner with excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence in handling multiple tasks in a busy environment
Experience in Sage and Excel is a plus
Experience with booking or admin systems
Experience processing invoices, payments and handling cash
An interest in the motor industry is a plus, but not essential

Salary: From €28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
