Employed (PAYE) | Part-time or Full-time | €29,400 to €39,500 a year (full-time) plus bonus scheme

About the roles

Fighting Fit is a personal training studio in Dundalk. We have been coaching our local community for 12 years and have built a strong reputation and a loyal member base.

We are hiring qualified, experienced coaches across three disciplines:

Personal Training
Yoga
Pilates

These are employed PAYE roles, full-time or part-time. You get guaranteed hours, holiday pay, and a steady wage. Because we already have a base of members and handle the marketing, admin, and bookings, your time goes into coaching rather than finding clients.

Pay

Full-time (40 hours a week): €29,400 to €39,500 a year, depending on experience and qualifications. Part-time (20 hours a week): €14,700 to €19,800 a year, pro-rata.

On top of your salary, we run a bonus scheme worth up to €6,000 a year, based on client results and client acquisition.

What you need

A recognised qualification for your discipline (Level 3 Personal Trainer, or an accredited Yoga or Pilates certification)
At least 3+ years working closely with clients
A current first aid certificate
The right to live and work in Ireland
References, which we will ask for

A nutrition qualification
A track record of getting clients real results
