What are we looking for?

Previous Accounts or Administration experience is required where the suitable candidate will have proven experience to show level of attention to detail and

accuracy levels.

Experience maintaining financial records, processing invoices, managing payments/receipts and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately

recorded and compliant with company policies

Key Responsibilities:

To provide accounts administrative support
To help with daily tasks and financial duties
Support of the operational reporting and month end process.
To make sure reports, invoices, and documents are completed on time
Performs all related tasks and activities in the accounts payable/receivable function
Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of all purchase/sales invoices and payment allocations within the various company systems
Assisting with month-end close, reconciliations etc.
Daily posting of bank transactions and preparing bank reconciliations.
Assisting with year-end audit and related queries.
