ECCE Room Leader

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead Teachers in the ECCE Year 1 classroom managing the daily operations of the early years room for children aged 3-4 years.
- Develop and implement an interest-based curriculum that expands children's interests and understanding.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment that promotes children's development and well-being.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Mentor and support other staff members in the room.
Requirements:
- Minimum FETAC Level 6 qualification in Childcare.
- Proven experience in early years education.
- Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify the individual learning styles of children in a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
- Successful completion of Garda Vetting/Home Country Police Check (if necessary) and two confirmed references.
