Certus Cost Management is a specialist consultancy delivering Cost and Project Management services across Heavy Civil Engineering, Mining, and Infrastructure projects in Ireland, Australia, and international markets. With decades of industry experience, we provide high-quality first-principles estimating, cost management, and project management services to both Clients and Contractors. Our reputation is built on the strength of our people and our commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for every project.

Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we are expanding our team. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a client-side Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of cost management services on a major NEC4 Option C project.

Role Description

This is a full-time, site-based role for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor located in North Dublin. The successful candidate will assist in the cost management and financial reporting of a major NEC4 Option C contract, working as part of an experienced client-side team.

This represents an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor seeking exposure to one of the highest-value NEC4 projects currently being delivered in Ireland, offering strong career development and hands-on experience in a complex infrastructure environment.

2-4 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Exposure to civil or infrastructure projects is advantageous, but not essential
Willingness to adopt and utilise modern software and digital tools
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Full right to work in Ireland
