About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Supervising Pharmacist to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the dispensary while delivering exceptional patient care and professional pharmacy services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist who is passionate about clinical excellence, leadership, and team development within a fast-paced and customer-focused pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing of prescriptions
Ensure compliance with all legislative, contractual, professional, and ethical standards
Lead and support dispensary staff, including pharmacists, technicians, OTC assistants, interns, and pharmacy students
Provide expert advice and guidance to patients and customers regarding medicines and healthcare services
Support and promote professional pharmacy services and healthcare initiatives
Oversee dispensary stock management and pharmacy claims processes
Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained across the pharmacy
Mentor, train, and develop team members to support continuous improvement and professional growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, suppliers, and the wider pharmacy team
Support the ongoing operational success and performance of the pharmacy

What We’re Looking For

Registered Pharmacist with PSI registration
Previous experience in a Supervising Pharmacist or senior pharmacy leadership role
Strong clinical knowledge and professional integrity
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Customer-focused with a patient-first approach
Ability to lead and motivate teams within a fast-paced environment
Passion for continuous learning, development, and service excellence

Work Pattern
