We are looking for an experienced Senior Camp Instructor to lead our camps. We need someone outdoorsy, energetic, and ready to think on their feet—even when the Irish rain is coming at you sideways.
If you are a natural leader who is comfortable managing a group of kids and a team of instructors while staying smiling and professional, you’ll fit right in. We want someone who is easy to work with, adjustable, and incredibly reliable.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Summer Site Leadership & Health and Safety
You will be the lead on the ground for our Summer Camps across Dublin and Leinster. You’ll ensure the daily programme runs smoothly and keep every session engaging and fun from start to finish. Health and Safety is paramount; you will be responsible for keeping a watchful eye on the wellbeing of every child and staff member. This includes maintaining high safety standards on-site and reporting any issues or incidents back to the office promptly to ensure everything is resolved correctly.
Staff Mentoring
You will oversee our team of Instructors on-site. You’ll be their go-to person for questions, helping them grow their coaching skills while ensuring everyone maintains our high standards of safety and engagement.
The Extras:
After-School, Activity Days & Birthday Parties
As an extra, you will have the opportunity to work in our after-school clubs, on school activity days, and our weekend birthday parties
If you want to earn extra hours throughout the year, these are a great addition to the role.
What’s In It For You?
Competitive Pay
An hourly rate of €15 – €20 that rewards your experience, leadership ability, and reliability.
An Active Summer
Get outdoors and stay active. This is the ideal role for someone who loves the outdoors, camp environment and wants to lead a team in a fun, fast-paced setting.
Flexibility
While Summer is the main focus, we have work available at various points throughout the year for those who want to pick up extra shifts.
Are You The One?
Language & Communication
Fluent English is essential. You’ll be communicating with parents, school staff, and our management team every day.
Leadership & Safety Mindset
You’ve led groups before—maybe in a school, a sports club, or a previous camp setting. You are comfortable being the person in charge and you take Health and Safety seriously.
Reliability & Attitude
You are the person people count on. You’re ready for the Irish rain, and you always show up with a "can-do" attitude.
