Public Area Cleaner

Your Job:
- Prepare rooms and general areas to the Dalata standard.
- Highlight any items or areas that need maintenance.
- Be open for work in other departments.
- Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel to the Dalata standard.
- Ensure all public areas are clean, tidy, safe and well presented throughout the shift.
- Replenish supplies where required, including toilet paper, hand towels, soap and other guest/staff amenities.
- Support the Accommodation team with room cleaning or other duties when required.
- Be open to supporting other departments when needed.
- Provide a friendly and helpful service to guests and colleagues.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and presentation at all times.
- Follow all hotel health and safety procedures, including manual handling and chemical safety.
- The Public Area Cleaner role requires flexible working hours. Shifts will vary between early morning with a start at 7am and finishing at 10pm.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in working with customers
- Good spoken English
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to work in a busy environment
