Full job description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, account management, digital media sales, business development, online media, or a digital marketing role.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Lithuania, Latvia, or Estonia, and exceeding goals to drive growth.
Experience assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including questioning, objection handling, and selling.
Experience building narratives and utilizing storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
Experience with online marketing strategy and tactics, and managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
Ability to communicate in Lithuanian, Latvian or Estonian fluently, to manage client relationships in the region.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €76000 - €77500 (EUR) + 35% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

Deliver against quarterly business and product growth goals.
Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing and conduct phone consultations and business pitches with clients to advise them on how to get a return on their Google Ads investment.
Manage a portfolio of small businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building quarterly plans for achievement.
Drive customer growth by delivering a customer business experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
