Department: Motion

Sub-department: Ad Operations

Reporting line: Group Director, Business Development

We're looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Digital AdOps Executive to join the Motion team and play a key role in delivering exceptional digital advertising experiences across Carzone.ie, CarsIreland.ie and Cartell.ie.

The Opportunity

As a Digital AdOps Executive, you'll take ownership of the execution, optimisation, and performance of digital advertising campaigns across our portfolio of marketplace brands. Working closely with Commercial, Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams, you'll ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and successfully while providing technical expertise and performance insights.

You will play a key role in maintaining outstanding advertiser experiences, maximising advertising yield, and supporting the continued evolution of our advertising technology capabilities.

What You'll Be Doing

Campaign Delivery & Management

Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital advertising campaigns across our marketplace brands.
Ensure campaigns launch on time, deliver against objectives, and provide a seamless client experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve campaign, tracking, and ad-serving issues.

Performance & Optimisation

Monitor campaign performance and optimise delivery, engagement, and revenue outcomes.
Produce reporting and insights that support campaign success and future improvements.
Proactively identify and address delivery risks or performance issues.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with Commercial, Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to deliver successful advertising solutions.
Provide technical expertise and support throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and advertising partners.

Ad Operations & Innovation

Maintain high standards of operational excellence, campaign accuracy, and governance.
Support programmatic advertising initiatives and ad technology enhancements.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and advertising performance.

What We're Looking For

Experience in digital advertising, media, marketing, ad operations, or technology-focused environments.
Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns using Google Ad Manager 360.
Strong understanding of ad operations, campaign delivery, and direct sales advertising.
Commercially aware with a strong focus on client satisfaction and campaign performance.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
A proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused mindset.

Technical Skills

Google Ad Manager 360
Digital campaign trafficking and management
Campaign optimisation and performance analysis
Ad serving technologies
Programmatic advertising
SSP and DSP platforms
Campaign tracking and tag management
Digital analytics and performance reporting
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas)
CRM platforms such as Monday.com, Salesforce, or equivalent systems
