We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team!

We’re currently recruiting a Receptionist / Concierge to become part of the Rapport Guest Services Team, based at our client’s office in Dublin 1. In this front-of-house role with touch of facilities, you’ll be the first point of contact for occupiers and visitors, delivering exceptional service in a professional and welcoming environment, responsible for reception and lobby hosting in the office.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 42.5 per week (Monday - Friday, shift rota basis between 8 AM – 5:30 PM)

Salary: €38,000-40,000 per annum depending on experience

Main responsibilities

As a Receptionist / Concierge, you’ll be the primary point of contact on the Ground Floor, responsible for reception and lobby hosting in the office.
Our team is at the heart of the building - we manage the daily flow of activity, support our high-profile occupiers, and warmly welcome their visitors. With a strong focus on intuitive, high-quality customer service, we ensure that every interaction is professional, friendly, and memorable.
This position also includes facilities coordination, supporting the Building Manager and ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
