We are seeking a Trainee Sales Executive to join our Sales Team in our Volkswagen Dealership in Sandyford. Reporting to the Commercial Manager this is an exciting and challenging role at a time where Volkswagen is bringing many new and ground-breaking models to the Irish market.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Volkswagen Commercial & Life Vehicles and a willingness to learn from a very experienced and process-driven team of sales professionals.

Key Objectives:

Ensuring all of our vehicles are in the right places at the right times will be one of the key initial responsibilities of the Trainee Sales Executive.
Being responsible for our online presence for used vehicles in stock. This includes liaising with our Vehicle Preparation Team to ensure stock vehicles are progressing through our preparation process so that they can be available to photograph for our online sales channels.
Adding photographs and detailed descriptions of all used vehicles to our online sales channels.
Ad-hoc duties as instructed by the Sales Controller and Management Team including collection and delivery of stock vehicles and some administrative duties relating to vehicle paperwork.

Critical Skills:

Full clean Irish driving licence.
Excellent attention to detail.
A personality which is both hard-working and ambitious.
Ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders.
Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders from cross-departmental operations.
Keen interest in Commercial & Life Vehicles would be a distinct advantage.
A flair for high-quality photography is also advantageous.
