As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are actively looking to add a Presales Design Consultant to our growing team based in City West Dublin. The Role:
We are ideally looking for someone with a strong technical pedigree looking to move into a more solution selling and technical presales customer-facing role. You will interact with prospective customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow-up discussions. You will provide value to prospects and customers through solutions, thus supporting the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions aligned with Aruba, Juniper or Cisco Vendor capabilities.

Lead technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions with clients.

Respond to technical sections of RFPs, RFIs, and proposals.

Assist in product positioning and competitive analysis during the sales cycle.

Liaise with vendor teams for solution validation and joint opportunities.

Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, networking technologies, and partner roadmaps.
Act as a bridge between sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
Essential Skills & Experience;

3+ years in a presales, solutions engineering, or technical consultancy role.

Attention to detail, with a view to translating customer business requirements into a technical solution

Deep understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), VPN, and network security.

Experience with network design tools, Visio diagrams, and documentation best practices.

Excellent communication and presentation skills both technical and commercial.

Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels including CIOs, IT Managers, and technical teams.

Related degree along with vendor networking certifications.
