Full job description

Philip Lee LLP is a prestigious full-service law firm headquartered in Dublin. This is an outstanding opportunity to work at a rapidly growing firm known for its high-calibre work, collaborative culture, and commitment to professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support including document drafting, diary management, and general legal administration (scanning, printing, photocopying);
Manage the end-to-end file lifecycle using the firm’s legal case management system;
Prepare materials and information for internal and external meetings;
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand and respond to their requirements;
Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information;
Ensure accuracy and speed in document production, coordinating with document specialists when required;
Manage travel arrangements and detailed itineraries;
Process time records and expense reports; and
Greet and liaise with clients and business visitors in a professional manner.

Candidate Profile

3 to 5+ years experience working as a legal secretary;
Experience managing a portfolio of senior stakeholders within the legal field;
MS Office skills are essential;
Meticulous attention to detail;
Ability to work in the strictest level of confidentiality;
Superb communication skills in both verbal and written format;
Time management skills that allow you to coordinate multiple competing tasks;
A solution focused mind-set and working style; and
A positive, can-do approach to work, even in challenging situations
