We are looking for a professional, friendly and confident Receptionist / Client Experience Assistant to join our beauty studio in Dublin 8.
This role goes beyond traditional reception. You will be an important part of the client journey — from the moment a client contacts us or walks through the door, until the moment she leaves.
We are looking for someone who naturally enjoys people, customer service, organisation and sales, and who understands how small details can create an exceptional experience.
Your Responsibilities
● Welcome clients warmly and professionally
● Manage appointments, bookings and client enquiries
● Respond to messages and assist clients with choosing the right services
● Provide excellent customer service throughout the client journey
● Support rebooking and help convert enquiries into appointments
● Process payments and support daily reception operations
● Prepare refreshments and help maintain the studio experience
● Keep the reception and client areas organised and presentable
● Support the team with general administrative tasks
● Represent the studio professionally at all times

Requirements
● Fluent or confident English is essential
● Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, retail or sales is preferred
● Comfortable using booking systems, WhatsApp, Instagram and basic digital tools
● Must have the legal right to work in Ireland
Portuguese is a bonus, but not required.
Experience within the beauty industry is welcome, but not essential. We care more about your attitude, communication skills and ability to create an excellent client experience.
