Senior paid search manager

A leading integrated media agency in Dublin city centre is looking for a Senior Paid Search Manager to lead high-profile campaigns, manage a team, and drive innovative search strategies for a diverse client portfolio.

About the role

You will own the strategy, development, and execution of paid search and shopping campaigns, lead a team of managers and specialists, and act as a senior point of contact for clients. You'll also shape internal processes and contribute to cross-channel campaign planning alongside SEO, Paid Social, and Analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

Lead end-to-end paid search & shopping campaign strategy across Google, Microsoft, and related platformsManage, mentor and develop a team of paid search professionalsDrive performance through Smart Bidding, Remarketing Lists, automation, and advanced account structuringDeliver actionable reporting and data-driven insights to clients and internal stakeholdersSupport new business pitches with budget allocation recommendations and audience demand insightsStay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, experimenting with emerging search technologies

Skills & experience required

6+ years paid search experienceGoogle Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search 360, GA4People management experienceGoogle Tag Manager & tracking setupGoogle Merchant Center / ShoppingStrong analytical & communication skills

Nice to have

Google Ads & Bing Ads certifications · Experience with large budgets & e-commerce accounts · Knowledge of SEO, Paid Social, or Display
