Job Description:

Based in our Park West, Dublin office, this is a fully onsite role, with five days per week in the office. You'll provide first and second-line IT support to employees across our global business, helping to deliver a seamless technology experience while working with teams across Infrastructure, Security, Identity, and Workplace Technology.

Technologies you'll work with:
Windows 11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Jamf Pro, Jira Service Management, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Dell Latitude & Precision, Apple MacBook devices, Zoom Rooms, Neat, and AV technologies.
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, hardware, software, and networking.
