As a Meetings Banqueting Supervisor, you will report to the Meetings Events manager and assist with maintaining all standards and procedures throughout the delivery of the event.

Your Job

Assist in the running of meetings events.
Ensure standards are maintained as well as all policies and procedures relating to FB within Meetings and Events
Be forward-thinking and innovative when it comes to ways of working and best practices.
Proactively come up with suggestions to ensure all events are a success.
Continuously improving service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand and anticipate guest needs, delivering training, guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed
