We are currently recruiting for Leisure Attendant to join our team at Tonic Health Club. This role requires relevant fitness qualifications and be available to work a flexible week.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a similar environment
-
IWS/ILAM Pool Lifeguard or equivalent qualification desirable
-
A nationally recognised NCEHS/NCEF Fitness Instructors qualification or equivalent
-
Qualified First Aid advantageous
-
Fluency in English is essential with great communication skills
-
Assistant Swim Teachers advantageous
-
Flexible with hours and days to include evenings and weekend work
-
Strong Customer Service, Organisation & Time Management Skills
-
Ability to work as part of a team in a faced paced environment
Main Duties and Responsibilities
-
To be responsible for the maintenance, upkeep and cleaning of all areas of the Leisure Centre.
-
Ensure a professional, friendly and courteous service to all guests and members.

Carry out all administration duties as required including cover of the Tonic reception desk.

To carry out lifeguarding duties ensuring a high level of pool supervision.
-
To carry out regular checks that all pool and plant equipment is operating correctly.

Conduct Swim Teaching for all age groups
-
To carry out a variety of Fitness Classes
-
Support Daily tasks such as towel management, stock checks and opening/closing procedures
