As Workshop Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are consistently met. You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate workflow, and support the Workshop Controller & Service Manager in achieving departmental targets.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support workshop technicians and apprentices
Allocate work effectively to maximise productivity & efficiency
Ensure all repairs and servicing meet Volkswagen standards
Diagnose complex vehicle faults and provide technical resolutions
Monitor workshop performance and KPIs
Maintain health & safety standards at all times
Liaise with service advisors and parts department.
Assist with training and development of staff

Requirements

Proven experience as a Workshop Foreman or Senior Technician
Strong knowledge of modern vehicle diagnostics and repair techniques
Experience with Volkswagen systems (preferred)
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Full, clean driving licence
