The Role:

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our growing team in Castleisland/ Knocknagashel. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in our clients' lives, providing essential support with daily living activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in your community and help individuals maintain their independence.

The Financial Package (Fully Qualified Rates): We value your time, especially during unsocial hours.

Standard Rate: €15.10 per hour.
Evening & Saturday Premium: €15.25 – €15.40 per hour.
Sunday Rate: €17.10 – €17.25 per hour.
Bank Holidays: €28.50 – €29.00 per hour (Excellent earning potential).
Paid Mileage: We pay for your travel between clients.

The Role: You will support people in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence.

Personal care (showering, dressing).
Companionship and emotional support.
Light housekeeping and meal prep.
Mobility assistance.

What You Need:

Transport: You must have a full B driving license and access to a car (Required).
Location: Living in or near Castleisland/ Knocknagashel.
Attitude: Compassion and reliability are more important than experience.
Authorisation: Right to work in Ireland.
