We are seeking an experienced and professional Property Lettings Manager to join our growing property team. The successful candidate will manage residential lettings operations, maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships, ensure compliance with Irish residential tenancy legislation, and support the continued growth of the property portfolio.
This role is suited to an organised and customer-focused individual with strong knowledge of the Irish residential lettings market and current RTB regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full residential lettings process from instruction to tenancy commencement.
- Advertise available properties across relevant property platforms and agency channels.
- Conduct property viewings and respond to tenant enquiries.
- Vet prospective tenants, including reference and background checks.
- Prepare tenancy agreements and associated compliance documentation.
- Register tenancies with the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Irish housing and tenancy legislation.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and contractor appointments.
- Carry out routine property inspections and prepare reports.
- Manage rent collection and follow up on arrears where necessary.
- Maintain accurate tenancy and property records in line with GDPR requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers.
- Monitor local rental market trends and advise on rental values and occupancy strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum [2–5] years’ experience in residential lettings or property management in Ireland.
- Strong understanding of:
- Residential Tenancies Acts
- RTB regulations
- Housing standards compliance
- GDPR requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Full clean driving licence preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- PSRA Licence (Category D or relevant licence) is essential.
- Qualification in Property Services, Business, or related discipline desirable.
- IPAV, SCSI, or other relevant industry membership advantageous.
Pay: €32,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
