Chef- Part or Fulltime Daytime hours

Position: Full-Time / Part-Time

foam. started as a humble vision for a destination celebrating everything cafe and coastal culture. Nestled in the surf capital of Bundoran in North West Ireland, our focus is on specialty coffee, seasonal food and good times.

We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and reliable Cafe Chef/cook to join our team! If you love crafting fresh, delicious meals and enjoy working in a fast-paced, friendly environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and cook café-style dishes (breakfasts, light lunches, baked goods, and specials).
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Assist with menu planning, including seasonal and daily specials.
Ensure compliance with HACCP food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Manage stock levels, ordering, and minimizing food waste.
Work closely with the café team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a chef/cook, or in a similar kitchen role.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Food Safety/Hygiene certification.
Creativity and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
