Full job description

Property Operations Assistant

Bundoran Apartments & Holiday Homes is seeking a reliable and practical Property Operations Assistant to join our team in Bundoran.

This is a varied role that combines property maintenance, caretaking, driving, housekeeping support and general operations across our holiday accommodation portfolio and apartment developments.

We are flexible regarding hours and are open to both part-time and full-time applicants.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with the upkeep and maintenance of Atlantic Point Apartments
Keeping common areas, hallways, entrances and external areas clean and presentable
Managing bins and assisting with general site maintenance
Carrying out basic handyman and maintenance tasks
Assisting with renovation and improvement projects
Driving company vehicles between properties where required
Working alongside our housekeeping team to assist with property changeovers and operational tasks
Assisting with property inspections and general day-to-day operations.

What We Are Looking For

Reliable and trustworthy
Practical and hands-on
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently
Previous maintenance, caretaking, construction, cleaning or property experience is desirable but not essential
Full driving licence Required
