Full job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistants to join our hotel team. This role is key to delivering a high-quality dining experience, ensuring every guest receives friendly, efficient, and professional service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining excellent standards across all areas of food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm, friendly welcome and deliver exceptional customer service to all guests.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
Serve food and drinks in a professional and efficient manner.
Set up and maintain dining areas to a high standard, ensuring attention to detail at all times.
Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a smooth service flow.
Respond to guest requests and queries in a timely and professional manner.
Promote and upsell menu items, specials, and hotel services where appropriate.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all service areas, both front and back of house.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Key Requirements

Previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage or hospitality role is desirable.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends (Monday to Sunday).
Strong attention to detail and presentation standards.
Own transport and accommodation required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €14.15 per hour
