Join Our Growing TeamSmooth Comms Ltd is looking for a confident and motivated Appointment Setter to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with telesales experience who enjoys building relationships, achieving targets, and working in a flexible environment.This role is primarily work from home, with occasional office days for team meetings, training, and collaboration.The RoleAs an Appointment Setter, you'll be responsible for generating high-quality appointments for our sales team by engaging with prospective clients and booking both face-to-face and online meetings.Your responsibilities will include:

Making outbound calls to prospective customers.
Booking qualified face-to-face and online appointments.
Building rapport with business decision-makers.
Updating and maintaining accurate records within our CRM system.
Achieving individual and team appointment targets.
Working closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities.

What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a telesales or appointment-setting environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence speaking with business decision-makers over the phone.
A positive, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently from home while remaining an active member of the team.
