Key Responsibilities

Ensure safe work practices are being followed at all times, report any near misses immediately to the EHS Department.
Execute finished product and stability testing according to SOP and GLP standards.
Performing analysis using equipment like pH, conductivity, Karl Fisher, Coulometer, viscometer, and disintegrator.
Maintain strict adherence to lab operation and test schedules provided by senior analysts/supervisors.
Complete testing and documentation accurately, following Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and submit for review by senior analysts.
Demonstrate a 'right-first time' approach in routine testing, minimizing out-of-specifications and deviations.
Perform daily calibration of lab equipment as per SOP, including balances, Karl Fischer, Coulometer, and pH meter.
Ensure prompt and accurate maintenance of laboratory records, including lab notebooks, analytical batch records, and training documents, in compliance with GLP.
Take ownership of incoming and outgoing samples for various project works.
Adapt procedures in line with the Quality Policies of the PCI organization.
maintain a hazard-free workplace in accordance with GLP.
Adhere strictly to the Company’s Health & Safety policy, proactively identifying potential risks.
Ensure ongoing compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements.
Actively participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at maintaining high testing standards.
Carry out various other additional tasks that may be required from time to time in accordance with the overall goal of the company.

Knowledge / Skills & Experience

Essential:

Bachelor’s or associate degree or Diploma / Certificate in (e.g. business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or similar). May substitute experience in lieu of educational requirements.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting skills. The successful candidate should display a dynamic and proactive approach to manage problems.
Self-motivated with a results driven approach.
Flexibility to work across different shifts on request in line with business needs.
Adaptable and ability to work collaboratively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (incl. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

Desirable:

One years’ experience working in GMP regulated pharmaceutical company
Enthusiasm and open mind for improvement and growth.
Honesty, integrity, respect and courtesy with leadership and peers.
Previous wet-chemistry laboratory experience.
