The Fish Box in the heart of Dingle is looking for Waiters / Waitresses to join our passionate front-of-house team.

We’re famous for our fresh seafood, relaxed atmosphere, and warm Irish hospitality. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant where teamwork and personality matter, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering friendly, professional service to every guest
Taking food and drink orders accurately and confidently
Serving dishes with care and pride
Handling payments and using the till system
Keeping the dining area clean, organised, and welcoming
Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
Creating a memorable experience for locals and visitors alike

What We’re Looking For:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Great communication and people skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant
Team player who takes pride in their work
Previous waiting experience is an advantage, but not essential — training will be provided
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy seasonal periods
