We are now seeking an ambitious Sous Chef and an experienced Fry Chef to join our high-performing kitchen team.

Sous Chef Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Lead service with confidence and consistency
- Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation
- Assist with ordering, stock control, HACCP, and kitchen organisation
- Mentor junior chefs and help build a strong team culture
- Contribute ideas for seasonal seafood dishes and specials
Ideal Candidate
- Previous Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie experience
- Passion for high-quality seafood and fresh local produce
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Calm under pressure in a busy service environment
- HACCP knowledge essential
- Driven, reliable, and team-oriented
Fry Chef Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently excellent fried seafood dishes during high-volume service
- Maintain fryer quality, timing, and presentation standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of section
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver smooth service
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in busy fry or seafood kitchens preferred
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Salary
Highly competitive and negotiable depending on experience
